Sarah’s Senior Session

Sarah is one of our 2011 seniors! Sarah and her mother came all the way down from Pennsylvania to Columbus, GA. While getting to spend a little time with her grandmother, Sarah came to us for her senior portraits! There is nothing better than southern photography in our beautiful gardens! The weather was gorgeous for our shoot. It was very hot outside, but Sarah did a great job and didn’t let the heat get in the way of posing for the camera. No doubt about it, Sarah will go back to Pennsylvania with some very pretty portraits. Look us up on facebook to see more shots from Sarah’s shoot!

July 7th Beach Portraits

Still at the beach shooting portraits in this great weather. What a great thing to be able to work at the beach, in fabulous weather and with such great people. We have photographed Cheryl Smith’s family since her children were in high school. They now have their own children and we have been photographing the new additions since they were born. It’s so much fun to watch a family grow and change. Only a few more days of sunshine, bike rides, cocktails and naps before we will be back to the studio refreshed and ready for the many baby panels and garden sittings that we have booked next week.

After a couple of really busy months, we are finally at the beach for some much needed vacation. Well, it’s not all vacation. We are in the Seagrove/Seaside area to photograph some Columbus families. We have had a little rain so far, but lots of sun is in the forecast for the remainder of the week. We photographed Rick Hill’s attractive, extended family this evening in Seaside where they were staying in a lovely Mediterranean home near the beach. They had a wide range of ages from 3 yr olds thru grandparents. They came from Georgia, Texas and as far away as Oregon to celebrate the 4th of July holiday. We began our shoot at their home and worked our way over to the beach for more portraits. What nice, friendly people they all were. Makes our job such a fun experience that we can’t really call it work.

Railey came into the studio to have her 9 month panel shoot! We photographed her in a precious pink dress for her panel and when we finished we got to play dress up in a ballerina costume! She just looked so sweet in it! We are looking forward to her 12 month session!

Jolie Kate

Jolie Kate’s mom brought her in the studio for her 18 month session! Jolie Kate is Banks and Brody’s little sister and we just love getting to see their sweet faces each time they come in the studio! We photographed Jolie Kate with her precious straw hat and got to have a tea party with her tea set she brought in to have her picture taken with. We are looking forward to our next session with one of the Stamp children!!

Doesn’t this little girl just put a smile on your face? We have been photographing Ellie and her brother Spencer each year since they were newborns and have gotten to watch them grow. Kaleigh’s Senior Session

Kaleigh is a beautiful senior graduating from Columbus High!! We have had the opportunity over the past few years to photograph Kaleigh and the Columbus High cheerleaders. Little Miss Rose

Autumn Rose came into the studio for her first portrait sitting with her mom. Autumn’s dad is away in Iraq, but was able to come home for a few days when she was born! It really amazes me how much these families sacrifice for our country. I know that Autumn’s dad will be thrilled to see her portraits while he is away!

Precious Helena

Precious Helena! Helena came into the studio for her 3 mth panel sitting, along with 3 more family generations. We were honored to get to capture 4 generations of beautiful women, knowing what a special heirloom the portrait will become. Helena’s mom went to kindergarten thru 12th grade with our son. So it was amazingly special to see her with a beautiful baby and to be given the opportunity to photograph Helena. I just love this portrait of her feet and the lace from her portrait gown.
